I cannot express enough how much I appreciate everyone who is on my removal journey with me at Zapatat. Carmen, my laser tech is the most amazing at what she does, she gets me through every treatment with support, encouragement and compassion and I trust her with every step of this process. Chris, the owner is so personable, kind and fun to be around. Reception is always so kind, accommodating and they are all so professional and warm. I always look forward to my treatments because not only do I know and trust that the process will work for my tattoo removal, getting to see some of my favourite people is always so exciting for me! From the start, they have all been so informative, explaining every step of the way in detail with before care, after care and how to cope with the whole process itself. I fly to Washington for every appointment from Ontario because it is SO worth it. I get treated so well, I trust Zapatat and all of the employees, and the environment is so clean and refreshing. Looking forward to my next visit :) <3

I just finished my second ART appointment, and I can't recommend Zapatat enough. Chris is very knowledgeable about the technology, and Carmen has made both my appointments comfortable and seamless. It IS painful, I would say a little more than getting the tattoo, but that is expected in this situation. Within 7 months after my first ART (they say the longer you wait in between sessions, the more your body will naturally soak up the ink), it is well over 50% lighter. The before and after photos are so drastically different, it is crazy that it faded as much as it did after one appointment! Aftercare is super important so be sure to follow the instructions to a T. Thank you Zapatat for helping me remove a tattoo I regret, I feel so much more confident knowing I won't have to walk around with ink that I hate.

Everyone who works here is so friendly that I actually have started to look forward to my tattoo removal sessions. I've done 3 or 4 sessions of the ART tattoo removal and seen great results. Hoping to try the laser peel soon, as I've heard great things about it. Chris is so knowledgeable and interesting to talk to and the rest of his staff is also so wonderful and accommodating. I've never had anything other than a fantastic experience here. Thanks again to the great team at the Arlington location.

I did not expect my tattoo to be removed completely, but for the amount of money i paid, the pain I went through, and the promises made to me by the owner, I expected way more of my tattoo to fade. I drove five hours to this place because they claimed to remove over 50% of a tattoo in the first appointment. i was told it would not be removed completely, but was promised it would fade considerably. the tattoo that i had four passes of the art treatment on looks the exact same as when I got it. the only reason i am giving three stars is because the staff was very nice, but i am not satisfied with the results of the treatment i paid $1100 for.

I had a tattoo that I wanted removed so I first visited Zapatat back in 2014-2015 and went through 8 passes which faded the tattoo significantly enough that I stopped going (tattoo was a faint grey) The estimate/guarantee they had given me was 11 passes. Fast forward to this year when I decided I’d like to try to see if it could be removed even further so scheduled a consult. Chris welcomed me back with open arms, they honored the rate and the guarantee they made in 2014 and I got 4 more passes done. The tattoo now (3 days after treatment) is already almost not visible at all. I am so so pleased with the results and am grateful to the team. Thank you all!
